Mold Busters Dallas Owners
Mold Busters Dallas is co-owned by Alen Cowles and Brianna Encinias. We are committed to providing affordable and effective mold remediation services. We believe in being honest, fair, and ethical in everything we do.
Alen has a degree in Operations and Supply Management and has served as a Business Mentor at the University of North Texas. He’s an active member of the National Society of Leadership and Success and Golden Key, with extensive experience in mold remediation and general construction in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
As the Managing Director of AirEnsured and Mold Busters Dallas, Alen directs the operations and offers top-tier water damage restoration services both exclusively to Dallas County and across the DFW Metroplex. His background in operations and team development ensures efficient, high-quality results on every project.
Brianna Encinias has worked as an Operations Manager at Amazon where she has led teams responsible for quality standards and process improvement affecting hundreds of thousands of transactions. She is responsible for many of the day to day back office operations, and in-field logistics.
Since becoming involved in Mold Busters, we have both become passionate about the service we provide. We want our customers to be healthy. By remediating mold in homes and businesses we help them lead happy, healthy, and productive lives.
